Classroom Training
TMD Consulting will deliver your selected training to employees. The training will be customized
for your company from a basic curriculum. Although the "meat" of the training comes from
highly validated research conducted through Inscape Publishing, we will add information specific to
your company. Role-plays will be developed to mirror situations in which employees may find
themselves. Evaluation of the learning will take place through a variety of methods at the three
different learning levels — knowledge, understanding and application. Pre and post tests will
be administered for each session, role plays will be developed to test application skills and, if
requested, we will develop a skill set checklist for supervisors to use in tracking improvement of
their employees.
